I was thinking to have martini glasses as centerpieces and put rose petels on the bottom and inside with water and also put the floating candles. Has anyone does this? Do you have them left over? Or where to get them?

I am chairing a centennial auction at a Four Seasons Hotel next month.
I am planning to use the large martini glasses but at a bit of a loss on what to fill them with. I have a couple of ideas but would love to have advice from those who have already done this.

I, too, am using huge Martini Glasses for centerpieces on a buffet table for a Gershwin themed event at a Museum next month. Because it is a Museum we are not allowed to use candles (all that art, you know) so I was thinking of filling them with some form of water that looked like champagne and then lay silk orchids in the bottom of each glass. We will lay top hats, canes, faux pearls and white gloves around the base

Hi! I am looking to do the exact same thing for my wedding, the jumbo martini centerpeice with the smaller martini/champage glasses around it. I haven't decided whether I'd like to do floating candles, flowers, or something else inside with a color changing LED light.
Does anybody have any of these jumbo martini glasses they are selling? I would love to find a great deal on these, but will buy them at Michael's if I can't. Also, I'm looking for smaller champagne/martini glasses. I'm going to do about 4-5 on a table, so I'll need somewhere around 75 of these.
