My sweet 16 is coming up and i dont know how to do the candle lighting ceremony, do certain people have to go in a certain order? also can i have a group of people light 1 candle?
Hey...I'm in the middle of planning my sweet 16 and i've been to alot of them before. Everyone that i've been to before has had groups of people come up on certain candles. I'm having all my aunts come up on one candle, all my uncles come up on one candle, and all my friends come up on one candle also.
Hello. My sweet 16 is only a couple days away.. I did it and this is what it usually is but it doesnt have to be this way, you nonimmediate family relatives first, then ur friends- in order basically of which ones u think ud give it to more, then ur siblings, and then the 15 or 16 goes to your parents and if u have a boyfriend the recieve the "sweetheart candle" or the 16th. If u have any deceased ppl you would like to give one to.. They can go in the 17th good luck candle. This isnt madatory though. And yes you can have as many and as big a group as you want in a candle. Im having my lacrosse team in one- 26 ppl! hope that helped you!! <3

I also planning my sweet 16.. Its at the end of August.Get your candle ceremony done early on .. That way if you want to change anything.. And the more thought that ges into it.. The more special it means to you! Im having mainly my family through candles 1-7... A sports candle on #8 . And i have a part theme.. I am a very patriotic girl.. So on my 9th candle.. Im having a tribute to 9-11... And also having a firefigter come up and light it with me... Then im having a small group.. And mainly... Either 3-5 girls on 3 more candles.. Then on my 14-16 candle... 1 person on each.... And my 17th candle for my 2 grandpa's that have past away..i hope this helps you... Hope you have a GREAT sweet 16.. And good luck with everything.
