Well...My colors are burgundy and white, my dress is all white and my chambelanes are wearing black tux.s w-the burgundy chalecos. Im not sure if this will help but its just an idea of what mine is going to be like. Oh, at the dance I think youre supposed to dance your 1st waltz w-your dad, then he hands you off to your chambelanes and you dance w-them. My colors are white and navy. My dress is gonna be white with navy trim and my damas are gonna wear navy dresses and my chambelanes are gonna wear white zoot suits. Im also gonna add silver and black in the decorations. Im thinking that my theme might be some kind of celestial theme.
Some of the traditions are that ur mothe crowns u at the reception, u give a porcelain doll to a younger sister or friend. Ur father changes ur shoes from flats to heels, then u dance ur first song with him, then he hands u over to ur escort and u and ur court of honor begin dancing the waltz. Hope i helped
My daughter's sweet 15 is this december, she may want to have the them orinetal style and give her best friends the boxed oriental boxes as favors with fortune cookies, she wants to wear a blue oriental dress and we can decorate the table with lots of chinese lettering as confetti as well as decorated asian sayings on candles
I changed my mind. My damas are now gonna wear light blue and navy blue dresses. Half of my damas are gonna wear navy and the other half are gonna wear light blue. My chambelanes are going to wear black zoot suits and my chambelan is going to wear a white one.
Hey my 15 is on november and i have no clue how to do it. Can you help me step by step how to do a 15 anos. Please i begg of you and my mom has no idea niether. Hey, Raquel, you don't always have to do a theme . You can also put your favorite color as the theme. For example, for my sweet sixteen, my colors are baby pink and lavender. Those are my two favorite colors. So choose your favorite color and put it as your theme. Oh, yeah, Tell me what color you choose.
Oh where to start, Well I will be giving my daughter her Quinceanos in March.
Now here is where the problem starts, Her father is the catholic parent I have never even seen or heard of a quinceanos before and he could not be bothered in the planning of all this.
My daughter and I have already chosen the color theme and dresses. The damas will were a Ivory colored dress with a pink ribbon at the top & bottom of the dress with pink scarves hanging down the back. Her dress will be white with lace on top, the lace will have pink bead & sequins making flower designs. Then the chambalons will be wearing ivory zuit suits with a pink hanky in the pocket and a pink feather in their hats.
Now apart from the clothes I am lost, the best I can do is treat this as if it were a wedding and plan a party that way. I guess what I need is to know what customs for quinceanos that I should know about. Also aside from the fact that I am not catholic I am not Latin like my husband either and until just recentlyI had never even heard of a thing such as a Quinceano. Well my family think a sweet 15 dress is pink .
They get padrinos (godfathers and gadmothers) for everything example for the dress for the ring for the hall for the cake for the decorations of church ect......
You could get damas if you want 14 damas 14 chambalanes and you and your guy.

I think you should have a regular party but with a twist like a hawaian style or spanish style ,like a danceoff or have partners like a wedding or somethingThis are ideas you could use if you want or the girls could dress up like princess and ur the queen and the guys are the prince and ur boyfriend/bestfreind is your king
