Re: Cool Tricks
Email me with a list of the tricks you can do. I've been trampolining for almost half my life so. There is a 450 which you do an overturned front flip a land on your stomach.Backflip 450 same as 450 but you land on your back after doing a backflip.sideflips are fun. 450 sideflip.knee flips. Jump land on your knees and flip.pancake you jump land on your back then bounce striaght on your stomach. Don't forget to email me and you can do spins while flipping.

Re: Cool Tricks
It may take a long time but if you can at least pull a 720 on your trampoline then this will work after about an hour(to land),you will probaably pull the trick anyways but maybe not land it so here it is.Start standing still in a position where you might jump from to do a backflip a.k.a.trampoline edge.then get a lot of bounce still facing in the same direction. When you feel you have enough bounce do a 180degree turn and frontflip...if you have the skill and got the bounce enough to land a frontflip then about a fiftieth of a second before you land do another 180.If done right you should be facing the same direction as you started. You have just learned the 360 frontflip!

Re: Cool Tricks
Hey Sarah, I just got my trampoline and i'm loving it!
So far i haven't had any tuition but i've just been making stuff up as i go.
I've found that front flips and backflips come pretty easy now and i know where i am in the air so i've started to experiment a bit with variations.
I frontflip off my feet, knees, bum and back.
I do pike, tuck and layout flips front and back.
To learn rotations i started jumping as if i was only going to land on my back and then i'd rotate 180 and land on my stomach. I kept pushing it a bit further and now i've built up to being able to rotate 720 before i land on my back.
Another fun thing that i've discovered- and it looks good- is to do a front flip and over rotate it a bit, but instead of landing on your tummy, rotate 180 at the last minute and land on your back. It feels really good!
Cheers,
Keep me up to date with your progress and tell me about your tricks too!
Cheers,
Dale from Australia

Re: Cool Tricks
Hey Sarah,
I don't know if anyone reads this still but if they do, here are a couple of cool tricks:
1.) Here is a different way to do a 360 frontflip. First, you start bouncing in a position in which you would do a frontflip. Then, right as you are about to do a flip, raise your right arm and the moment you jump into your frontflip, slam your arm down as hard as you can across your body twoards the left side. If you do this right, your body will follow your arm and you will do a 180 frontflip. If you practice this enough, you will get enough hight to spin the other half.

Re: Cool Tricks
Hey i can do a duble front flip on my knees. If u want to start. U jump about 3 feet in the air and land on ur knees. And when u about to do it u rase ur hands and when u hit ur knees slamm ur right down and tuck ur knees then ull do a duble fornt on ur knees. O keep u feet tucked. U might land o ur back .

Re: Cool Tricks
If youv ever watched some snowbording on the tele then you may have seen them doin corked spins, this is very easy and very sweet lookin to do on a tramp. To do a backside 540 all you gota do is get about 3-4 feet of air and then take your right arm and right when your feet come off the tramp throw that arm around behind your body like your gonna grab the back of your right foot. Then when your body tries to follow your arm just let it and you will come around to land your 540.

Re: Cool Tricks
I have a few tricks my self.
1. First go really high and then fall on your back and then when you come up do a side flip kick and land on your back again.

2. Go really high and do a quick front flip land or you hands and push up and do a backflip it is hard but i did it!

3. To do a pull up nose dive put you hand beside you sides and bounce really hard when you hit the mat then when you think your ready pull up and do a nose dive!

And that's all
