Cool party ideas for young teens? My soon-to-be 14 year old daughter is desperate for some party games that don't cost a lot of money (none) and don't require her parents to drive all over town getting stuff.
She's invited 30-35 boys and girls mostly aged 13 for this Saturday night. She says they'll play Truth or Dare because it's "interesting". Ahem. She is wracking her brains and ours trying to come up with other fun stuff for them to do that's not lame.
She says the kids are kind of shy about dancing with each other so we need games to break the ice.
Please, a desperate parent cries out for your help!
For the past couple of years, for my b-day, I would invite over a few 6-10 of my friends. Then we would get out my video camera and make these hilarious movies. Last year we did a parody of Trading Spaces. It was SO funny! After we finished filming, we went inside and watched our movie. It was great!

I live in the middle of the country and when i have partys its usually in summer. I do bon fires or pool partys! its sooo fun! no matter what ya pick, if ya have a pool party or a bon fire party you can have a cook out or sumthin'! after you get done outside you could watch some movies and play truth or dare in the living room! thats what i did and i had a BLAST!~*
