Hi, I'm selling my original Monique Lhuiller "Amelie" French Alencon lace wedding gown worn only several hours on my afternoon wedding on last October. The ML label is size 4, and altered size 34-26-36 106lbs 5'5" - 5'7" height on front. The train is not altered and the cut scalloped edge can be easily weave back to dress as I did on my dress for my wedding. It also has beautiful English bustle. To the exent the original poster has found a buyer and the rest of you are still looking I also am looking to sell this dress. Mine is a size 4. Its only being taken in at the bust though slightly. I got it in the ivory color with a latte lining. However, instead of the typical tan tool layer that goes between the lace and the lining I have ivory tool. This was a custom order because I wanted to lighten up the dress but still keep the contrast between teh color of the lace and the color of the lining. My wedding is end of August so I cant sell it till then. Its a beautiful dress. If you are interested please respond to this post with your email! Thank you!
The size 4 I am wearing to my wedding end of August is still available. I wouldnt be able to sell it until then though. I am asking $4600 (including veil if you want it) as well as a removable lace halter strap I got added in case when I dance the strapless gets annoying :)
I also have this dress (label size 8) modified with a halter. I had the tulle taken out of the bottom so the dress looks and flows a lot like the Fabiana. (I didn't buy the Fabiana because it has an external corset which wasn't flattering.) The dress is one of a kind! It has been cleaned and preserved by Margaret's and is packed in an under-bed sized box with my cathedral length veil. I am also selling my Amelie dress. It is a sample in amazing condition and has never been altered nor worn by a bride. It has ivory lace with a cappuccino slip. It is a size 10 and I spoke with an alterations expert at Neiman Marcus where I purchased the dress who said that it can be altered down to even a size zero and still look perfect.

The dress has an incredible bustle, you can dance all night and the dress will look and stay gorgeous. The head piece is a Fedurici Chapel length veil with Alencon lace edging. Fedurici custom makes the veils for Monique Lhuillier stores. I wore the dress for a few hours at my evening wedding on 6/6/09.This is the most romantic dress you have ever tried on, it is soft, elegant and unique! The gown was bought at the Monique Lhuillier store in Los Angeles and the alterations were made by the Monique Lhuillier seamstress.
