Hi Elizabeth - I can definitely help you out with your decorations and favors. I have done alot of Cinderella Theme items - everything that I do is custom made to your day so you are not stuck into anyone else's colors, etc. I am currently working on for another wedding Hurricane centerpieces with Cinderella and her prince for the head table and then the guest tables hurricanes are going to be done in other Cinderella characters. I am doing matching toasting flutes for each table (to match the hurricane) and for favors I am doing votive holders with Cinderella's coach and bride and groom's name and wedding date on them. There are endless things that you can do with that theme. First of all keep looking on the internet....i have found a few different sites with chat boards and people have some great ideas for this. Try looking under themed weddings. Just remember....you can do things yourself!!! you should enjoy making things for your wedding. A few ideas are: for centerpieces. Go to a craft store and get a six inch ( or bigger if you want ) styrofoam ball and spray paint it silver ( to look like the carriage ). You can decorate with pearls and beads too, and then make wheels out of cardboard and decorate. And glue them on to the carriage. Plave on a bed of tulle. And place a few flower petals around it or confetti pieces. I have also heard of people using a pumpkin container from holloween and doing something similar. I also went to hobby lobby and got an ivy bowl and put some colored marbles (they were light purple but you can use pink or light blue ). I had also found a small castle (ready to paint yourself) i think it was only 2 or 3 bucks. I painted them light purple also and placed on top of the marbles. My sister is also having a Cinderlla themed wedding-- must be popular! If you go on the Disney site, there is a TON of things you can choose from-- they even have a ring bearer's pillow with a carriage on top. There are also Disney invitations with Cinderella and her Prince. There is a one-stop-bridal shop (everything from invites to shoes) on Blair Mil Road (I think it is Horsham) that carries these invitations. Let me know if you need more information. Good luck!
