Re: Gifts You don't ask, you either do not register, or you politely allow your bridesmaids and family to do it by word of mouth. Also, if someone still buys you a gift even though they all have stated gift cards, you politely take the gift because they really wanted you and your husband to have it in your home. posted 04/30/05 by Sharon
