I am plannning a wedding for June 10th, 2006 and I am using hot pink and lime green polka dots with hot yellow and orange as accent colors as my theme. My cake even has lime green and hot pink polka dots on it. My bridesmaids are wearing hot pink dresses and the groomsmen are wearing black tuxes with hot pink ties. I am using gerber daisies for my flowers. My invitations are 5x7 magnets which is really unique and we are using 'confoti' as decorations for the tables. (You can go to www.confoti.com for more info. I'm looking into having a polka dotted themed wedding also. This may seem a bit overboard but did you have a polka dotted dress. I've only found one by Michelle Roth.
I just found a fantastic polka dotted dress by Maggie Sottero. You can even get it in a BLUSH color. You have got to check it out. Just got to her website. I think it's called the Rasharna.
I am having a polka dot theme as well. Though they are somewhat expensive, I helped my bridesmaids to buy polka dot dresses from Jovani.

For Polka Dot Bridesmaid dresses, I have just been checking the Juniors and Dress Departments at Sears, JCPenney, Macy's, etc...
It seems that Polka dots are really popular right now, and if you dont mind the dresses being only semi-formal you can find inexpensive ones at department stores. The ones I found at Sears were under $40.00!
I also am having a polka dot wedding but I am having trouble finding polka dot reception accessories my colors are royal blue, silver ,white and irridessant. Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

I am ALSO having a polka dot themed wedding. Mine is Black and white with red accents. I picked out the bridesmaid dresses from Jovani also, but they are a little pricey, I was wondering if anyone had found any that are a little less expensive. We are thinking of having the Black dress with white polka dots, and a red patent leather belt and shoes. If anyone has any ideas or websites I can go to, that would be great. Also, polka dot invitations in those colors?? It's not as easy to find as I thought. Thanks

Also if you look on the web site on the stemless flutes pair I did an example with red and white polka dots with red roses, looked sharp. But I can do anything you like.
My daughter just got engaged this Christmas eve. And she is wanting a polka dot wedding. I thought it was odd now I see it seems to be a hit with a lot of brides to be.
