Hello,
Keep it simple. You can save money that way and still have an elegant wedding day. I dont mean the bear mim. Either. How many people are you planning to invite to the wedding? How much can your family help you with? Are you doing this all yourself? What is your theme going to be? What are your colors?
Drop me a line if I can be of any help..:)
Have fun and dont stress..:)
Buy flats of spring flowers... Pansies, Johnny jump ups, marigolds etc. Separate each section, wrap with tulle, tie with ribbon (with or without printing) and place around candles in the center of each table. Each couple or person then takes a flower home with them to enjoy all summer long! Very inexpensive for a spring wedding and can be used as a centerpiece too!!
I would like to get married in April which is any day now. I would like something simple with something to remember. I don't have that much money to send that's why I need something cheap, which includes the airfare, hotel the works. I have been with my man for 7 years and we have three kids. We just purchased a house three years now so it is time. Please help me in finding the best wedding package I don't care where at this point as long as it is nice.
I searched the net to buy most of my things like butterfly glasses and most every thing else.i saved alot and bought nicer things than the stores in my area can offer.dollar stores are great for centerpieces and check your local craft stores for their sales on tulle and flowers, etc.have friends and family help serve food and other things. Do your food yourself, with help, buy on sale.stock up.every little bit helps. Good luck
If you are a member of a local church, they may allow you to have your wedding ceremony AND the reception at no cost. If you aren't a member, they may require a payment. A brunch wedding held in the morning at a friend or relative's home would be inexpensive, also. You might try getting married outdoors at a local park or gazebo.
If you get married in Lubbock, check with Texas Tech University regarding using their facilities. There are many pretty locations on campus, and they have meeting rooms for groups and such that are very low cost.
