Pig Roast Reception
I need ideas for outdoor pig roast reception. As far as cheap favors. Also can anyone tell me what the girls in the wedding party should wear. The guys are wearing black jeans and black leather vest. My wedding gown is a lacy white gown. I am not sure if they should just wear a summer dress, or gown. ( Motorcycle wedding, outdoors) any other ideas would be helpful.

My cousin had a pig roast for her reception. She wore a formal gown for the wedding, the bridesmaids had nice dresses and the groomsmen wore tuxedos. The dress was casual and after they were announced into the reception, the wedding party all changed into shorts and T-shirts. It was one of the best weddings I have ever been to.

Did your pig roast wedding go over well? im getting married in september and want to to the same thing. Did you have pot luck for the side dishes? who roasted the pig?

I am also curious how the pig roast went in your wedding. I am having a pig roast for my wedding in April. We are doing it ouselves. Right now I am looking for a good recipe. Any suggestion?

I got married Aug 2, we had a motercycle theme wedding with a pig roast reception. It went great! My wedding center pieces were cute pigs sitting in a circle of dried flowers, bought at our local dollar store! that matched my wedding colors! I also had brass candles, Eveyone took the pigs and most of the candles were left behind. The guest really enjoyed the casual wedding.
