I have found a HEAP of Different Snowflake and Winter Wedding Cakes (I have pictures of 138 different kinds including fun and grroms cakes) and Cake Toppers (I have pictures of 24) that I have got off the NET and out of magazines etc as this is also my planned cake design (and theme) for our wedding...
I am sure I could email them to people if they would like them... Just give me some time to get around to it...

Who says it has to be a cake...
Why not use a cheesecake or other tart/ pie(s); pavlova; chocolate truffles or Croquembouche instead?
These can be done very well and used as your dessert.
Do a search for wedding cake alternatives and see what you like, alo do an image search for wedding cake alternatives to get some great images to see what some of these look like... Just because cake is traditional, doesn't maen you have to use it especially if you don't like cake personally.
Sharon could you also send me pictures of the snowflake weddings cakes. I'm having a January wedding as well and it has always been my dream to have a winter theme.
