I WAS ON A DEPO FOR 2YRS THEN STOP FOR 11MTHS BUT GOT ON IT AGAIN THIS YEAR 2003.
BUT ANYWAYS I WAS JUST WONDERING , COULD ANYONE HELP ME ? IAM 22 MARRIED HAVE ONE CHILD AND I WAS WONDERING COULD A DEPO PLAY WITH YOUR HORMONES ?
BECAUSE I MENTION THAT ....IAM GETTING MILK OUT OF MY BREAST I GET NAUSEA , TIRED AND AND IS IT SAYING MY BODY FLASH BACK WHEN I WAS PREGNANT NEARLY 3YRS AGO .
I TOOK A PREGNANCY TEST AND IT WAS NEGATIVE OR DID I TAKE IT TOO EARLY THE TEST ? HELP HELP SOMEONE PLEASE :-( CAN YOU FALL PREGNANT WHILE ON A DEPO ??
IS THE DEPO PLAYING WITH MY HARMONES ?? PLS ANY LADIES OUT HERE COULD HELP ME ???

I have just replied to 4 other threads regarding depo. I would advise going back to these various threads (you can find them by the word 'Depo'). Yes, it does play with your hormones and I have finally determined to get off of it after 4 years. I started when I was 22 and am now 26. Please do read these threads. I am learning alot more than I knew in the beginning.
Just to let you know. I recieved the shot in 2004 after my second son was born. I stayed on the shot for about a year. It made me very irregular and gave me alot of problems. Even after I quit taking the shot my problems wouldn't go away. I ended up having to get a hysterectomy and I blame it all on the depo shot.
Just make sure you check into everything about it. Talk it over with your doctor. I heard it can also make it harder for you to get pregnet when you decide to have more kids.
