I am interested in having a 'ganster/mobster' theme wedding with the pin stripe suits and all. We are not interested in having a church wedding, rather we would like to create our own little setting on a nice piece of land. Do you have any suggestions as to what to wear for the bride and groom as well as the bridesmaids and groomsmen? Secondly, do you have any suggestions as to what the fashion and setting was like back then? What could we design that would resemble the 'ganster/mobster' era? (what year is it anyway~the 40's???)

I love it, My Fiance and I are doing something similar. We found zoot suits at Mens Warehouse. I am wearing a traditional ball gown for the wedding then changing into a flapper style dress for the reception. Forget the negative people, if you love it go with it.
