I am planning to have my wedding on October 31, 2008. The theme is Phantom of the Opera. My fiance and I would like to make it like a masquerade ball. We have several ideas on how we would like to do it but we still don't have a location. We've search for places on the internet but most of the locations are very expensive. Please send me any info.
