Looking for HELP Bigtime. I just got engaged we are looking for a place in MA roughly the boston/metroest/horth shore area. I need help finding a NICE responaible place, if package includes all even better. PLEASE let me know. I have been seeing $60 - $140 for packages I'd like to be more in the $40 - $50 per person of course depending what it includes is also a factor.

Look for a Apartment Community that has a room for rent. We found one in our area for $450.00. We'll be having our Wedding & Reception Both there. The least expensive place I'd found before this was $800.00 for the Reception alone. You might also want to think about providing your own food or having your Families pitch in & help out.

Hi. Another great idea. Look more into restaurants, instead of your traditional catering halls. You,ll be suprised at how reasonable some places are, I mean as low as $13.00 a plate. Some restaurants will even provide the food so you pay by the tray (e.g. $50 for a tray of pasta. Look on line for restaurants in your area. Alot of times they will list pricing on their websites, so you don't have to do so much calling around. Well, good luck for now.
I found that if you can find a community center within your area they also do the complete service (eg: set up, catering as well as clean up) for a very resonable price. Also, ask your catering service do they give half price for children attending (It is worth a try).
