I am looking for either a waterfront/mansion/estate for a wedding in the months of either July/August or through mid September. Of 2010 Looking to accomodate 120-150 guests. The location should be within a 50 mile radius of Seattle/Bellevue.

I am looking for a mansion/waterfront wedding venue for about 150 guests a Sat in July 2010. Would like a rental that allows you to bring in your own caterer and alcohol. Also, would prefer a place that is furnished and you can book overnight, as I would like my wedding party to stay there. Please contact if you can help! Thank you!
