Clean and friendly animals, fun learning activities, and our facilities are under cover!
Add some fresh air and the excitement of a field trip to your plans this year.
Our farm is situated on ** acres with lots of shade, seating and play activities.
We’ve installed fans and heating in our large clean barn for your comfort.
Birthday Parties and Special Events
We are open all year round!
Our outdoor party areas and heated barn make events both comfortable and entertaining for all ages.
Toddlers to grandparents will enjoy our petting zoo animals, hay ride and play areas.
We will do everything to make your child feel special on his or her big day!
You get to invite lots of guests and spend * or * hours playing, exploring and visiting. You are always welcome to bring food, decorations and pinatas to Fiesta Farm Parties.
Our Petting Zoo Animals
What type of farm animals will you meet at our ranch?
At our petting zoo you will meet our gorgeous young llama, Jewel, Georgia, a miniature horse, Rooty, the pot bellied pig, friendly bunnies, playful goats, woolly sheep, chicks and ducklings, our adorable donkeys Sonnie and Bonnie, a turkey named Lola, and *** very wiggly worms.
Freckles, a pretty Welsh pony, is a favorite for pony rides. We think she's the cutest in town, but you be the judge! Big kids aren't left out either. Laredo is a beautiful bay quarter horse who loves to give rides to children.
Our Farm Activities and Pony Rides
We focus on how animals, plants and our environment are important to humans and the ways we can respect and nurture them. Our staff is personable and knowledgeable and our facility is insured and USDA inspected.
Have you handled raw wool and cotton and seen how they are processed? Have you snuggled with a baby lamb or held a bunny recently? At Fiesta Farm you'll get your chance.
What do you know about crops? Help us plant or harvest and examine some of the plants we grow. Kids love the petting zoo and play areas. We’ll include activities to make you laugh and even develop teamwork skills! Pony rides, and a hay ride can be included for the children in your group. We always have crops in various stages for study and sampling.
Field Trips at our petting zoo ranch
Our field trips focus on farm education for school, daycare and scouting groups. We have a curriculum developed for each age level and can also emphasize specific science topics at your request. Visiting our petting zoo and other farm animals is part of the fun. Our hands-on curriculum covers at least ** of the science TEKS for Kindergarten through *rd grade. For your convenience we provide worksheets to be copied and used in the classroom.
We provide the animals and plants, great photo opportunities, educational entertainment, and handwashing supplies. You provide box lunches or snacks and drinks.
