Should they need Meet & Greet services for your individual VIP, event, meeting or convention attendees, VIP Concierge Services provides professional, courteous and knowledgeable associates to ensure they get to their driver and vehicle in a timely manner. We want to make sure that the first impression of the client is one that is positive and lasting.
What is a Concierge?
A concierge is a sort of a To Do List specialist for the individuals who need extra hours in the day. Consultants are available to assist you with your everyday tasks and errands, to plan a dinner party or your child’s birthday celebration. We are here to help you with both big and small tasks – just call on us and we’ll help you organize, streamline and balance your life.
Concierges have been around in one form or another for centuries, but the personal concierge service burst on the scene only in the late 1990’s.
Travel Arrangements
Payment for all hourly services is due upon completion of service. All unused hours/ minutes can rolled over to your next request. I.E if you're your particular task took only 30 minutes you can use the remainder of your minutes for your next task. Left over hours/minutes most be used within 30 days of your last request.
All additional service charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or theatre tickets, etc will be due upon completion of service. Our team of professionals will call you as soon as we receive confirmation of your order.
You will be given a member id so you can access your VIP Account where you can keep track of your hours, tasks, and messages.
**There is a minimum of 1 hour for this service.
