EVENTS AT THE LOT:
Global Cuisine @ The Lot's restaurant seats up to 150 people and also opens up to host an event of up to 2,000 guests. The open display kitchen allows guests to enjoy the style and approach of Chef Gary Arabia’s catering and event production prowess.
EVENT PRODUCTION:
With a keen eye for design and a flair for setting the perfect mood for any celebration Gary Arabia has produced and catered intimate and private parties of 10 to extravagant Hollywood affairs of 3,000, having served up to 14,000. Gary’s talent for capturing the feeling and moment of the evening ensures that every Global Cuisine event is a memorable one.
