This is an exclusive opportunity for an intense, full-body workout that will boost your self-confidence and sculpt your body.
Pole dancing is the latest in aerobic workout. It is also found to be empowering and liberating. Imagine feeling excited about exercising once again! We will provide you with great instruction, a clean and safe environment, and all the fun you can handle. Come alone or bring along friends for a great weekly “girls night out”! Six week courses are offered:
Monday through Thursday at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM. Each class is 90 minutes. Everyone starts at the beginner level,
