Our Waiter/ess: Are trained in all aspects of the catering business. We will set up and maintain the buffet, heat and serve the hors d’oeuvres, clean up and put away the glasses, plates, pots, & pans and much more, we will leave your kitchen cleaner than when we arrived.

Our Bartenders: Are highly skilled at making that perfect drink. Make your party a bigger success by expanding the cocktail selection by having an experienced person behind the bar. They come equipped with their own tools of the trade. We arrive early to set up the bar, and stay late to clean it up. We will take care of all of the recycling as well.

Our Dress Attire: Our staff can be dressed in Tuxedo shirt & Tie with black slacks, or casual white top, and black slacks.
