Chef Blazena Federer, owner of Culinary Affair, LLC is an internationally experienced chef, caterer, innovative instructor and food scientist.

Born to the hospitality business in Europe, Chef Blazena is a natural in the kitchen. She acquired her knowledge and creative skills living throughout Europe, Mexico and United States. Always fascinated by local cuisines, her menus are an inspired mélange of unique recipes and artistic food presentation.

Chef Blazena combines her passion for food with the study of food science. She holds a Culinary Arts degree, was trained at the Culinary Institute of America, studied food science at Rutgers University and is a member of Research Chef Association.

Blazenas Cooking with Friends unique parties are enjoyed by many private and corporate clients. Her catering, cooking and teaching experience includes Williams-Sonoma, Kings Cooking Studios, Bergen Community College, WaterLeaf Studio and cooking for fine gourmet establishments in NJ, as well as publications in Herald News and County Seat NJ Newspapers, Whole Foods and Kiwi Magazines.

Chef Blazena had the privilege to cook private dinners in their residences for executives of several companies, such as Toys-R-Us; CBS TV; Ernst & Young; Barcklays Capitol; ESPN/CNN; AT&T; Morgan Stanley; NYC Law Offices; BMW and so many customers from various walks of life, each of them special!
