Knight Time Creation is a Lancaster based makeup company in Lancashire with experience in glamour, fashion, character and special effects, working within the fields of theatre, film and print.

I have been a makeup artist for three years and have worked in a variety of styles and genres.

From my initial interest in the art whilst at college I have gone on to apply makeup for films, photo shoots and theatre performances.

My work with film includes the planning and application of character and special effects makeup for 'Mourning Sickness', 'Analysis' and 'Chamber', three short films produced by Workshop Productions between 2005 and 2007.

Work at The Grand Theatre in Lancaster was fast paced, applying makeup to the actors between scenes was hectic, but good fun. Also producing a latex severed hand for the play 'The Case of...' was a new challenge which I met with enthusiasm.

Most recently I have been working on the makeup designs for a theatre production of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe which was performed in July.

It is my continuing mission to seek out the drab and to transform it to fab!
