We also are ServSafe Certified by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination, which is recognized by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP). What (if any) special dietary restrictions can you accommodate?
We can accommodate kosher, gluten-free, non-dairy and lactose free, vegam products, sulfite free, cholesterol free, fat free, sugar free and organic diets.

Do you offer sample tastings of your food for potential clients?
YES! We offer sample tastings for our wedding and artistic cake clients. It is free of charge if you decide to choose us to make your cake.

Do you provide rentals?
YES! We are able to provide rentals with the catering package. If you wish only rentals, we will refer you to one of our associates.

Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
YES! In the event of catering your event, we are able to provide our own wait staff for an additional fee.

YES! We offer private tasting upon request.

What are your tasting hours?
Tasting Appointments generally are in the mornings from 8am to 10am or in the evenings from 4pm to 6pm.

Describe how you price your cakes (by slice, by cake, by tier, etc.):
It’s common for wedding cakes to be priced by the slice. And the price will increase depending on the complexity of the decorations you’re after. This goes for custom-designed cakes as well. The more intricate the details, the higher the cost. For butter cream we start from $1.80 per serving. For fondant we start from $3.50 per serving. Most fillings choices are included with the price.

Does the price include the top-tier of the cake?
The top tier is included in the overall price.

Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
YES! We offer custom cakes. The cake designer will create a custom cake free of charge with you. You will look at photos of actual cakes, magazines, and the cake designer will draw for you what you have in mind. Be sure to bring pictures, fabric swatches, and other resources if you have a custom style in mind. All of this will be free of charge. After the designer finish their drawing, they will show you for your final approval.

List any special ingredients you use in your cakes:
Whether you’re looking for a fruity filling like strawberry or orange; or a heavier mocha or chocolate, the type of ingredients used will make all the difference in taste. Some common filling ingredients: Buttercream , Chocolate Buttercream, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Whipped Cream, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Peach, Dulce de Leche, Cream Cheese Icing, Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Pudding, Chocolate Mousse, Dulce de Leche Mousse, Chocolate Chambord, Cheesecake, Lemon, Mint, and more... Now we have swiss buttercream and italian buttercream!!! Most common fillings are included with your cake price. We charge extra to add fresh fruit and liquour to the cake.

On average, how far in advance of the wedding day do you prepare the cake?
Of course, the closer to your wedding date the better. Keep in mind that cake bakers often have more than one cake per weekend to prepare. So don’t be surprised if your baker makes your cake two to three days prior to your wedding day.

On average, how many wedding cakes do you do for a weekend?
We restrict ourselves to only five wedding cakes per weekend so we can give the utmost attention to each one. Make sure you reserve the date well in advance in order for us to better accommodate you and your taste.

Will you work with the bride's florist to garnish the cake?
If you want to garnish your cake with fresh flowers, give us your florist’s information or just bring the flowers to the shop two days before the day-of.

What (if any) cake accessories do you rent out?
We do rent out cake cutters, cake stands, cake styrofoams, cake tables, cake toppers and more.

Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
We will deliver your wedding cake to the reception for an added fee, or accommodate you so you can have someone to pick it up the day-of if you wish. If you’re planning to order a large, delicate, or at all complicated cake, know that delivery is well worth the peace of mind.
