Dean Hamilton
Founder and President
Producer, Director
With over 20 years in Film, Video and Television production, Dean has produced hundreds of award winning National, International, and Regional commercials, infomercials, and corporate programs. His productions have generated many millions of dollars in sales for his clients. Dean also produced television, major motion pictures, and other film and video productions under Newport Pro, LLC, and Waterland Productions. In addition to the Bio-Sci Pre-Med program, Dean studied Film and Television at the University of California, Irvine.

Gary Christmas
Vice President of Sales
Gary brings over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience working with a wide varierty of Agencies, national accounts and aggressive marketers. He still uses his role as a dual advocate to insure that each unique production is designed to be ideal for both the customer and the company. Gary has has a real talent for creating long-lasting relationships where everybody wins and sincerely enjoys seeing our customers experience success. He also created an online music channel devoted to new artists and is an accomplished musician himself.

Scott Hurd
Editor, Producer
Scott's vast experience in the broadcast business encompasses more than 15 years. Prior to joining Newport Pro, he managed a team that produced thousands of nationally and regionally broadcast television and radio spots for top level clients like Toyota, Chevrolet, and Ford. His deep agency experience and expertise in market analysis and public relations allow him to bring a very high level of professionalism to each unique production. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communications from Oklahoma State University.

Shawn Chait
Producer, Cameraman, Editor
Shawn has been a huge part of the production team since 2004. He has many roles within the company, which include Line Producing, Camera Operation, Audio Engineering and Gaffing. Before coming on board Shawn gained much of his experience in Action Sports Television production. Shawn brings with him the can-do attitude he developed in the Marine Corps to each and every Production.
