www.cowpokesandclowns.com Hello and Welcome to the Internet home of cowgirl and clown...Susan Merrill! With professional singers for parents, Susan Merrill debuted on stage at the wee age of three. Voice, dance, and piano lessons enhanced her early years, and by the time she was 13, she was writing her own songs and winning local talent contests. At 17, she sang and danced her way throughout Europe with the Talented Teens USA. At 19, she was crowned the 1979 Berwyn/Cicero Houby Queen. In recent years, several of her songs were played on local Chicago area radio stations while she performed professionally in Cowboy Poetry Gatherings and concerts. Since January, 1999, Susan has been performing as a full-time professional clown specializing in comedy skits, balloon creations, face painting, songs with puppets, and clown magic at birthday parties, restaurants, schools, corporate events, and festivals. Noteworthy accomplishments include: Susan is an active member of the World Clown Association and the Clown Guild of Metropolitan Chicago. Watoosie, Susan's whiteface circus-style clown, is adored by children of all ages. Her silly antics, hilarious skits, and mysifying magical tricks (that mystify even her!) keeps 'em laughing from start to finish. When it comes to birthday parties, Watoosie the Clown gives 110% to ensure joyful and treasured memories are created for the Birthday Child and his/her family and friends. From 2000 to 2005, Watoosie teamed up with her two favorite clown-cousins, Rascal & Peepers, to perform as "The Ring-A-Ding Clowns". For More Information Please Visit The Link Below
