Uffalo Party Characters - we provide costume characters to entertain at your special events and parties. We pride ourselves on providing entertainment for all ages. Our costume character packages all include: Face painting, cotton candy, snow cone or popcorn machines, and balloon animals all for one low price -we will be happy to discuss any custom package or special needs or requests that you might have.
