Bari Jay Bridesmaid Dresses
My bridesmaids got measured for their dresses and they were told what sizes to get in the dress. The one was told to get a 13-14 when she tried on the exact dress we are getting in a 11-12 and it was a little big. Anyone else having this kind o fproblem with their dresses. SHe has know idea what size to get now.

Sizes vary from designer to designer and depending on where--that's right--where the dress was manufactured. European designs tend to run smaller and other lines run larger. The best way to ensure a perfect fit is still to try it on. If you are ordering over the internet you may be able, depending on the source, find it in a department store and try it on. Though this is not very convienient. My advice is to order early and send it back if it is not the right size.

I was measured a 13/14 by bust size, yet the 11/12 sample was big on me. I ordered a size 10 and needed no alterations.
