Is a Bridal Shower only for Adults or are Young Girls able to attend. My soon to be mother-in-law alleges that only Adults are allowed to attend. Is that true?

Lingerie shower, couples or an adult themed shower, of course it would be strange to have young girls there, but bridal teas, or themed showers.... Why not include everyone? It will make them feel so included and special!
