I am getting married August 7, 2004, and I am undecided about wedding colors. Any help that you can provide is greatly appreciated!

Re: August Wedding Colors
I think that any cool (temperature) colors would be good for August since it is such a hot month. Maybe something like blue and silver.

I am getting married August 28th 2004 and I have chosen the colors of lavender, pearl and sage with a little greenery. I think any color that you choose with pearl is ok.

Hello and Congratz..:)
Pick colors that you like. :) If you a person who likes all colors, get a bunch of color swatches and play with different color combos. Or go to your local florist and take a look of the different colors of flowers that they have in their cooler. Make a list and then narrow it down if you are having a hard time picking..:)

Re: August Wedding Colors
My sister is getting married in late August. She wants to use Sunflowers as a theme. We are stumped on what colors to go along with Sunflowers, as far as bridesmaid dresses and so forth. Any help?

Heather,
I think chocolate colored dresses would be good with the sunflower theme.

Re: August Wedding Colors
I agree, chocolate-colored dresses would be beautiful, especially for a formal wedding. For a more casual wedding, you might try cornflower blue, or maybe even a pattern like blue-and-white checks or plaid.

Re: August Wedding Colors
What time of day are you getting married? And will it be indoors or outdoors and what location. You may want to choose your colors according to this. If it`s a daytime wedding I would choose soft colors, where if it`s in the evening I would choos deeper vibrant colors.
