My husband and I plan to renew our vows on our 30th anniversary next year. I wanted to do this on our 25th anniversary but my job got in the way. I`m sorry I allowed that to happen. We have two wonderful children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. I want them all to participate. We plan to have a huge tent erected in our back yard and will have ceremony on the lawn and the reception in the tent. While I don`t plan to were a formal dress with a train, I will wear a floor length simple, but elegant white dress. My husband will were a beautiful simple black suit with white shirt and open collar. We will both walk down the aisle together and in a very brief ceremony, tell each other what the past 30 years have meant to each other in front of friends and family. I can`t wait.

Like so many of you we went to the court house and wanted to have a wedding after 10 yrs. Well August 17, 2011 will be 10yrs and I am planning to have bridesmaids and all but everyone is telling me this is not appropriate. I was searching the web for advice and most web sites say the same..I was just about to call it off until I read every one`s comments!! Thank you all so much!!! My conclusion is It`s my wedding and I can do whatever I want!!! :)
