Fake Cake

I am a pastry chef. For one of our own chefs. We recomended a fake cake with the top only being real. Nobody knew the difference. I only had to make 2 large sheet cakes that were cut in the back of another room. The bridal party was the only ones served the real cake on display. Again, it was more of a help to me then anything. But our two love birds enjoyed the day..I just had to deal with the chocolate fountain they decided to have. LOL.
