It is proper etiquette that the groom to be only shows up at the very end of the bridal shower as a "thank you" to all the attendee`s. It`s also very helpful to have him there to help you load up all the gifts. Hope this helps!

If you were wanting to Include the Men in the Shower Aspect you would need to have a Couples Shower.

We are having a Jack n Jill party. We can all have fun together and then after the party have our guys and girls night out.

I think it`s totally acceptable for the fiance to be present at the shower. Unless it`s a personal shower for the bride, if gifts are given they will be for the couple. Men spend a lot more time doing things around the home than they did before. PS. The last 5 showers I attended the groom-to-be was in attendance.
