25th Wedding Anniversary Party

My husband and I will be celebrating our 25th. Anniversary on June 26th. And I need some help. We want to renew our vows and also have a small reception afterward. We are limited on money due to just moving across country. I have no idea where to start and would greatly appreciate any help.
