I dealt with David with two daughters, One experience great the other a nightmare! We called for an appointment 1-1/2 months in advance for my second daughters wedding dress and 8 girl bridal party, and even called the day before to verify our appointment. We got there-no one could help us, short staffed they said, we had no representative from the store to help us with anything. Except the order and collecting the money for all the dresses. The store definitely needs to be trained in customer service, not self service, not with the amount of money brides, family and freinds spend there!! But on the other hand, my daughter was in her cousins wedding and she had gotten a size 14 dress at the time and fit fine-but 6 month later she was wearing a size 8 and the ordered her a new one at no extra cost, so it does depend.
