Bar & Wait Staff
Every bartender on board is TIPS certified for a dynamic and safe evening, and every server is knowledgeable and well-versed in party protocol. Nobody shows up to the party in less than a pristinely pressed uniform. For minimal birthday parties, grab one server per 25 - 35 guests. Pass hors d'oeuvres at a corporate event, or grab an attendant for a wedding reception buffet table. Our servers are trained to handle every type of service for every type of banquet or catered event, so trust our staff to prepare your table tops for a formal or relaxed evening of fine dining at that upcoming anniversary, family reunion, or special celebration.
