Recognizing a need for a high quality production company that has the ability to keep costs down, Mr. Smith has created a truly unique service provider. Smoky Mountain Audio Visual LLC has the unique ability to provide top quality products and services while maintaining a lower costs to the client.

MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of Smoky Mountain Audio Visual, LLC. to provide our clients with the same level of equipment, products, and services across the country as we do at home.

We believe that the pricing structure of many of the event production companies is based on the short term dollar. Our goal is to base our pricing structure on the long term dollar.

We are of the belief that the "RELATIONSHIP" is the key to success. In personal and in professional areas, we are about the establishment of poduction and long term relationships.

Smoky Mountain Audio Visual, LLC. has placed a very high importance on communication. We will strive to return phone calls and messages with in the hour they were received. If that is not possible, we will return any phone call by the end of the business day.

Smoky Mountain Audio Visual, LLC. will strive to provide the niche markets with lower budgets with the same level of service that the markets with higher budgets enjoy.
