Chef Rich
Chef Richard Balogh is a graduate of the Institute for Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City. Chef Rich, as his clients affectionately refer to him has had a passion for cooking since he was in elementary school. During his early days Chef Rich's mother gave him free reign in the kitchen to practice his early culinary endeavors and it was then that his passion for cooking was truly ignited. Chef Rich kept cooking as a hobby until **** when he was given the opportunity to leave the world of accounting behind and follow his dreams of culinary greatness. Chef Rich graduated at the top of his class from ICE and hit the ground running. He started Rich & Delicious, his personal chef business to provide folks with another alternative to the perennial "What's for Dinner Tonight" question and also to cater parties and other special events allowing the Host/Hostess the opportunity to spend time with their guests instead of behind the stove. The menu options at Rich & Delicious are as vast and varied as your culinary dreams will take you. In any given week Chef Rich can be seen braising short ribs for a fall short rib stew, making homemade macaroni & cheese that will satisfy even the pickiest of toddler palates and creating things with chicken that will actually make you crave it over a plain old meat and potatoes meal.

Chef Rich is a firm believer in portion control and can prepare meals to meet your special dietary needs including programs like Weight Watchers, South Miami Beach Diet, Atkins Diet and others.
