Our training programs goal is to not only train them in self defense but also to engage them in physical activity so that they can be in the best shape possible. We have introductory to advance levels so that anyone can feel free to sign up whether or not you have experience in martial arts or not. Our different stages will cater to your level of flexibility and fitness. The better you get the more you advance.

Compared to other fitness programs, what we do here is more focused on building muscle, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility. Take for example the Jiu Jitsu is more of a self defense exercise that not only enhances your fighting style but allows you to have fun while doing so. This workout consists of many ground fighting methods.

Another workout is the Submission Grappling which combines powerful throws ground fighting actions which are some of the main workings of mixed martial arts. Women kickboxing is very popular because its not only challenging but fun as well. It allows you to get a full body workout since all of your muscles are engaged. This allows you to get toned which eventually transforms your body. It also gets your heart beat up giving you that great cardio so that you can burn fat.

We also encourage you to bring your children so that they can learn not only self defense but self discipline as well. Having them sit in front of a television all day will serve them no good. They could be involved in one of our programs which will help them to build their self esteem and self confidence.
