John Apodaca's knowledge and expertise in the fine art of the cocktail are unequalled. A true craftsman, he takes exquisite pride in his creations. Showing an obsessive knowledge of obscure recipes and using hard to find ingredients and methods of preparation long-forgotten, John creates truly extraordinary cocktails that keep clients coming back.

A "Cocktail Classicist" by definition, John's specialty is creating cocktails from the post-WWI period through the mid-1960s. John is meticulous in searching out original recipes, and procuring the original ingredients giving his cocktails a flavor and texture unequalled amongst average bartenders.

John has been lending his bartending talents exclusively to private parties for years, and now after much coaxing is finally making his skill and expertise available for hire.
