Q: How much time do you need to set up your equipment?
Doug says: It usually takes 20-30 minutes to set up for an event, and you are never charged for set up, or travel time. I arrive, on my own time, at least one hour prior to the contracted time to begin setting up.
Q: What types of music do you play?
Doug says: I have a large selection of music from the 1920's to today. 99% of my vast song library is on compact disc, with some music on cassette. If you, or anyone in your group, has a favorite that you think I might not have, please feel free to bring it along and I'll play it. I make every attempt to find all the songs you specifically request through my network of contacts at numerous radio stations and music stores.
Q: How will you know what I want?
Doug says: Prior to the event - or even before you decide to hire me - I will arrange a personal meeting with you. We'll sit down and discuss all aspects of your event, including: demographics of the guests, requests, tempo, and special announcements. I will do everything I can to make sure your event is a success.
Q: Do you play requests?
Doug says: YES, YES, YES!!! That's the bottom line. I am here to serve and entertain you.

...on the radio and entertaining at receptions and parties since 1988. Most recently the host of the syndicated "Doug and Karla" radio morning show, WAY FM/Nashville. Previously in California, 6 years as morning sidekick "Jungle Doug" on 95.3 KRTY Hot Country in San Jose, mid-day personality on the adult contemporary KKIS in Concord, and "Doug EEE. Fresh" on the urban KSOL station in San Francisco. Doug was also the DJ at E.J.'s lounge at the Santa Clara Marriot Hotel for 2 years. Current references are available upon request.
