Wedding Coordinators

Meeting with the bride and groom to review where wedding and reception will take place
Discussing with bride and groom of expectations
Discuss clients budget
Any theme clients may prefer for reception
Meetings leading up to the wedding
Arrange rehearsal dinners
Arrange limo/car transportation
If a dj or live band is preferred, styles of music, song for bride and groom first dance, bride and father song, groom and mother song
Clients expectations are met before the event
Be sure all vendors are on site and ready
Greeting guests and directing them
Attend some vendor appointments with the clients
We assist with client's R.S.V.Ps.
Provide wedding (party) favors for guests

Package 1- Wedding Day Services
Package 2- Wedding Day/Overseeing
Package 3- Wedding With Everything (Party accessories, Balloon decorations, Additional entertainers not including live band or dj).
