Researching Online for vendors in Ventura County- came up in various search engines- so I read some reviews on these sites and others, like Yelp, and decided to call. What is the main reason you chose our company? First, the simple fact that Cliff was the only vendor that wanted to talk about our wants and needs before providing a quote; it was more about us than the money. You offer a variety of services and all work as one team- which was important to me to keep it easy. Finally, all of you know what you are doing and you do it well- your experience shows. . From the first meeting, I felt very comfortable and like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. I knew things were in the hands of professionals. I appreciate that you were all willing to make multiple appointments with us to get it exactly right. I appreciate your willingness to brainstorm and provide suggestions based on your experience. I like that you were open and flexible- you didn’t just say this is how it is. The whole process felt very natural and fun. Our dance lesson with Cliff was way beyond our expectations- it was amazing, and professional, and I learned so much. We enjoyed our time so much it has inspired us to start a new hobby together as a married couple- we are going to start dancing- Cliff expect a call! Cliff was awesome at the ceremony. He stayed on script- and when he did go off- it was perfect- appropriate- and humorous- I have received many positive comments about Cliff’s presence, delivery, and humor. Cliff really did a great job. I really liked how the whole team works together. Gary and Melynda were awesome! Melynda made sure Cliff and Gary had the game plan, and then all made sure the details right- everyone was very well prepared and took the time during the rehearsal to make sure we were all happy. This made our special day run smooth. Frank was great with the crowd and getting them engaged in activities and keeping them aware of what was next. He played all the songs we wanted and a good variety to suite the crowd. He read the crowd well. He read me well. He was flexible and responded to things quickly. My biggest concern going into this- with any DJ- was that they would be cheesy. Frank was not cheesy at all! He said the right things- he did not offend anyone- he was not the center of attention- he did not piss me off or irritate me at all. Good stuff! Frank was awesome! Melynda really was amazing throughout the entire process from the pre-wedding meetings, to the rehearsal, to the day of event. I continue to get feedback from the full wedding party on how outstanding Melynda was on the day of the wedding and at the rehearsal. My bridesmaids- and MY MOTHER- all praise Melynda- her actions allowed them to enjoy the day! She kept things in check, she was even headed, and on top of it. She dealt with all types of difficult personalities and was able to wrangle in the children and ‘trouble” members of the wedding party with ease. Besides my grandmother, I have never seen anyone put my father in check successfully- and Melynda did with class and respect- which was a huge deal for me- she saw that his actions were about to make me go crazy and cry- and she handled it. Wow! I also got a specific comment from my brother- groomsman and father of the ‘flower’ girls- Melynda took a significant amount of time making sure the children were not causing more stress for him or me (which she knew was a concern of mine)- she went above and beyond to make sure the children were in line, entertained, well prepared, and even well fed. I just have to add another comment here- the simple fact that she got his girls to eat is a feat in itself- I think Melynda might just be a magician! My brother personally wants to thank Melynda for taking the extra time with his girls- who are still talking about the event and even asking for Melynda and when they can play with her again. She was amazing! Melynda is a fantastic asset to your team. I am so grateful for Melynda. She was the glue that kept me and our wedding on track. She helped me maintain my sanity throughout the entire process. Thank you Melynda! I have been told over and over again this was the best wedding many people have been to and that everything ran so smoothly- this would not be true if it weren’t for your team. I am so happy we chose to work with you for our wedding. It really was a great experience. You far exceeded our expectations. Your whole team is very professional, experienced, flexible, easy to work with, and amazing. Thank you for making our wedding even more special.
