Its not often the delicacies of Los Angeles offer authentic cajun or creole cuisine. When we cater. we provide freshly prepared food. We offer a salivating selection of appetizers, sides and entrees to choose from.

Some of our appetizer and side items include everything from Beignets, cornbread muffins, Creole curly fries, and hush puppies to peanut coleslaw, frickles, onion rings and skillet potatoes. We provide a tasty selection of comfort foods including Jambalaya, Gumbo, red beans & rice, shrimp creole and bbq shrimp. Our Po-Boy sandwiches are amazing. You can choose to fill your French loaf with anything from shrimp, catfish, oysters, salmon, snapper, and halibut to soft shell crab, roast beef, meatloaf, sirloin or chicken. For the kids, maybe you would like the popcorn chicken, chicken strips or cheeseburgers. We also make crawfish boils with potatoes and corn.

We only use top notch oils that contain no trans fatty acids or cholesterol to fry foods.
