We have a Team Building Experience for everyone!

Select from our three event formats, ranging from reception-style appetizer parties to Iron Chef-style cooking competitions. Whether you want a casual event or formal dining experience, we'll customize the event to fit your needs. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

SMALL PLATES EVENT
Guests are divided into teams to prepare a variety of internationally inspired appetizer recipes during this popular event. Once the cooking is finished, everyone shares dishes with each other cocktail party style! This is a standing 2 1/2 hour event.

CHEF’S TABLE EVENT
Our professional chefs provide hands-on instruction as your group works together to cook their 4-course menu. We divide the group into teams and each team prepares one recipe from your selected menu. At the end of the cooking hour, everyone is seated to enjoy the meal they created. This is a 3-hour event with seated dining.

KITCHEN CHALLENGE
With 3 basic ingredients and a pantry, teams are challenged to create culinary masterpieces from scratch during this timed competition. When the clock runs out teams present their creations to the judge and sit down to enjoy the meal they created. Teams are judged on presentation, taste, creativity and teamwork. Prizes are awarded to the winning team. This is a 3-hour event with seated dining.

COOKING CLASSES
Join us in the heart of San Francisco’s historic North Beach neighborhood for a variety of hands-on cooking classes open to all skill levels. Bring a friend, family member or come alone and learn new cooking techniques, work with unique ingredients and recipes that you’ll want to make again and again. Tickets for classes are available for sale on our website.

KITCHEN RENTALS
The Parties That Cook Kitchen in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood was formerly Tante Marie’s Cooking School. Culinary greats including James Beard and Julia Child taught at the school. The Parties That Cook Kitchen in San Francisco can be rented for bridal showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, pop-up dinners, private chef events, recipe testing, R&D. This light-filled space features 2 fully-equipped kitchens with commercial ranges, double ovens, large islands, cooking equipment, and dinnerware and glassware for up to 45 guests.
