With over 15 years of professional service, we customize our equipment rental options to suit the needs of your chosen event. We cater to various events, including weddings, graduations, and special celebrations.
Our equipment rental options include a variety of tents, tables, chairs, portable bars, linens, dinnerware, chafing dishes, coffee service items, champagne fountains, party machines, and miscellaneous equipment. Prices range from as low as $0.05 up to $1,300.
Tents and canopies include staked tents and portable free-standing tents. Tent sizes range from as small as 10'x10' up to 40'x100.' Tables can accommodate from as minimal as eight people up to 400 people with a minimum of two tables up to 40 tables. Sides and lights can be added from as low as $1.00 up to $280.
Tables and chairs include folding chairs, padded chairs, wood chairs, and patio chairs. Tables include banquet tables, round tables, cocktail tables, and Serpentine tables. 
Portable bars include a tiki bar, a five-foot oak bar, and a four-foot white lattice bar. 
Table linens include table cloths and overlays, table skirting, napkins, and chair covers. Linens can come in any color you wish to feature.
Dinnerware and glassware include ivory china with gold bands that include plates, cups, bowls, platters, creamer holders, sugar holders, and saucers; luncheon plates, glassware that includes water goblets, wine glasses, beer mugs punch cups, trays, and pitchers; and silverware that includes forks, spoons, knives, and tongs. 
Chaffing dishes and bowls include chafers that range from four quarts to eight quarts, chafing dish extras that include pans and sternos, and punch bowls. 
Coffee service items include coffee makers that can fill cup sizes range from 36 cups to 100 cups, 25-cup urns, and 40-ounce thermo coffee pitchers. 
Champagne fountains include three-gallon silver fountains, five-gallon silver fountains, five-gallon wedding fountains, and seven-gallon silver fountains with gold trimming. 
Miscellaneous equipment includes portable dance floors, portable staging, party and keg coolers, coat racks, podiums, trash bins, and barbeque grills. 
Party machines include concessions and karaoke machines.
Concessions include slushie machines, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, snow cone machines, and hot dog steamers.
Karaoke machines include 23 CDs with a binder full of songs, as well as a television screen and a stand. 
In addition to separately priced party rentals, we offer packages tailored to weddings and tent equipment.
Tent packages range from as low as $230 up to $405, including staked tent packages and free-standing tent packages.
Wedding packages range from as low as $550 up to $3,860, depending on what package you choose and what add-ons you choose to go with your chosen package. Wedding packages can accommodate from 50 up to 300 guests.
