Classical Guitarist, Singer Songwriter & DJ Pete Goslow has been performing professionally throughout Southern California for over twenty years. He plays at the most exclusive and prestigious resorts, restaurants, hotels, wedding sites, and clubs Southern CA has to offer. Since graduating from Chapman University Conservatory of Music in 1993 he has successfully made his fulltime living playing weddings and corporate events. With the release of his recent album Leave It All Behind available at itunes , he is on the rise as a mainstream singer songwriter. He also released a well received solo classical guitar album in 2001 Loves Passion .

An example of utilizing Pete as both a Live Musician, DJ & Emcee at your reception would be as follows: live instrumental guitar during grand entrance breaking into a special song of your choice, live guitar and vocal during your first dance song, live ambient instrumental guitar during dinner, DJ music of your choice during dancing celebration until reception concludes.

CORPORATE EVENTS: Instrumental guitar subdued and classy, upbeat, or your favorite acoustic vocal tunes, abination of both? You decide!!! Whether it's a huge mammoth convention center, or a small intimate gathering, Pete can entertain as well as provide the perfect backdrop to create the ambiance you would like to have at your event, dinner or party. If there will be speeches or lectures during your event, Pete will provide you with wireless microphones and PA systems at no additional charge. All of his equipment is state of the art and he is an expert sound engineer.
BIO: A professional classical guitarist, solo singer songwriter, recording artist and DJ. Besides performing for thousands of weddings, private parties and corporate events, he is actively pursuing a career as a mainstreamposer and recording artist. Live performances as well as recordings of his original songs have been broadcast on TV and radio. In 2010 he performed during a wedding on the taping of the hit Bravo realty show Top Chef. He has appeared on Daybreak OC KDOC Live TV. morning show as their featured music guest. Recent highlight performances include: presidential, state senator and governor receptions and parties, major award shows, private celebrity parties (recently hired by billionaire Michael Eisner and his lovely wife Jane to perform privately at their home in Bel Air), singing National Anthem at professional sport games, as well as warming up for such pop artists as Lisa Loeb and Olivia Newton-John. On numerous occasions he has performed during private dinners prepared personally by Chef Wolfgang Puck who jokingly refers to Pete as guitar guy ! This baseball season he will be performing our National Anthem at Anaheim Stadium for the Los Angles Angels (date TBD).
Pete received his bachelor of performance degree in classical guitar from Chapman University Conservatory of Music in 1993. During his classical training, he was a member of the highly acclaimed Chapman University Guitar Quartet, who released an album and toured throughout the Western United States. He has performed classical guitar in master classes for world-renowned artists such as Manual Barrueco, Carlos Barbosa-Lima, and David Russel. Chapman University is also known for its vocal program - which he took full advantage by studying voice with some of the top vocal teachers in North America. Upon graduating from Chapman, he moved to Los Angeles and began singing and playing full time.
He recorded and released his well received solo classical guitar album Love's Passion in 2001. His anticipated Singer Songwriter album Leave It All Behind was release in 2009. This recording,piled of eleven originalpositions, is a virtual showcase of Pete's vocal and instrumental talents. His lyrics are influenced by growing up in the spectacular mountains of Northern Arizona. Through his love of surfing, his songs also express paramount concerns facing the wellbeing of our oceans and beaches.
Besides his now famous reputation in Southern California as The Wedding Singer - all joking aside, Pete is considered to be an up anding mainstream singer songwriter with an edgy classical, virtuosic approach to the guitar. Goslow's original sound can be identified as a head on collision with Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Cat Stevens and Dave Matthews. As a singer songwriter, Pete was influenced as a child by folk legends of the seventies, his fathers music . As a teenager his love for progressive rock inspired him to take the job as lead singer of his high school rock band Vital Signs (there were concert videos: plenty of embarrassing Behind the Music material).
I enjoy the living I have carved out for myself as a full time working-class musician and never take one single job for granted.
