Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Mr. Parham is a nationwide and worldwide photographer dedicated to the perfection of the printed image. In 1981, Winston started his career in Las Vegas Nevada where he worked in commercial photo labs and studied photography under the tutelage of Dr. James Pomeroy , professor at Brookes Institute of Photography. In 1983/4 Winston was given the title of “Master Photographer” by the Nevada Camera Club.

Winston now owns and operates Pro-Photo in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Pro-Photo is a commercial photo lab where professionals, advanced amateurs, and consumers obtain a higher level of service and quality than is the norm.
