Harpists

Teresa Mango is an aplished and versatile free-lance harpist. As a performer, she is equally at home on the concert stage, as an entertainer playing for gatherings of all sizes - from intimate dinners to large corporate functions. Each December since 1994, Teresa performs daily at the famed Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge. In 1995, Yankee Magazine featured Teresa at the Red Lion Inn as part of their Christmas issue. She has also played regularly at other northeastern resorts and hotels from Albany to Nantucket and from the Catskills to the Adirondacks. In the Berkshires she often plays for holidays and other special occasions at The Cranwell Resort, The Crown Plaza, Blantyre and Wheatley.
Teresa has been a regular guest artist at New York Hudson River Historic sites from Olana and Claremont to Montgomery Place and the Senate House in Kingston, NY., and in the Berkshires at the Norman Rockwell Museum, The Clark Art Institute and at Naumkeag.
Ms. Mango s orchestral experience includes performances with Albany, Berkshire, Pioneer Valley, Utica and St. Cecilia Orchestras. She has played with Capital Repertory Theater and The New York Theater Institute in Albany, Barrington Stage in the Berkshires, The Center for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck.
Teresa continues to play for weddings and parties from Lake George to Saratoga Springs, and from West Point to Boston and Southern Vermont. Her repertoire includes the full range ofpositions from Renaissance through Contemporary, as well as popular standards and favorite show tunes.
Ms. Mango resides in Stockbridge, MA. She has a formal classical training and holds a Master of Music degree in Harp Performance from Manhattan School of Music. She maintains a private teaching studio at home and is affiliated with Simon s Rock College of Bard in Great Barrington, MA for harp instruction.
